About the Clinic
Welcome to St. Albans Medical Services, a mixed billing and bulk billing for eligible patients, established since 1979. We currently employ two male and two female General Practitioners who aim to provide medical care to the highest possible standard and to promote and improve the health of our practice population by providing the most appropriate range of services for their needs.
Our staff at St. Albans Medical Services work together as an energetic and integrated team to create a positive and supportive environment to provide the highest quality healthcare. Our practice is fully accredited and complies with Australian standards and regulations.
Our practice is ideally located for those who live and work in St Albans and surrounding areas, such as Keilor, Deer Park, Sunshine, Taylors Lakes, Hillside and Cairnlea. We are close to public transport and there is ample parking for those who prefer to drive.

Uber Drivers
Our practice has become an “UBER preferred practice” which can help UBER drivers to complete their medical assessments for a set fee. Please call the clinic to arrange an appointment.

Recalls
We have a system in place to recall patients with clinically significant test results. Our practice also participates in National and State Reminder Systems including Cervical Cytology and Childhood Immunisations. Please speak to reception if you have questions.
Preventative Care Medicine
Our practice is committed to preventive care. Your doctor will seek your permission to be included on our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let your doctor or reception know.

If you have a problem we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously.
