Access to medical care
Making an appointment
Please ring (03) 9367 1122 for an appointment or link to online bookings through the tab at the top of each page.
We are open week days with after hours appointments every day.
Mon: 8am-5pm, Tues: 8am-5pm, Wed: 8am-5pm, Thur: 8am-5pm and Fri: 8am-5pm
Every effort will be made to schedule your preferred time and GP. For routine visits however, we advise you to book ahead to ensure continuity of care with your usual doctor.
Emergencies will always be given priority. Longer appointments are available on request.
If you have forms to be filled out or complex needs to discuss please let reception know. A longer appointment might be preferable.
If you or a family member requires an interpreter, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment.
Booking an appointment is easy and can be done anytime by using our convenient online booking service for some of our doctors. An online booking tab is located at the top of our web pages.
Walk in appointments
Patients without appointments (walk-ins) will be allocated the first available consultation, which may require some waiting.
Home visits
Home visits are available for regular patients whose condition prevents them attending the clinic. Please ring the clinic (9367 1122) or the Locum service after hours (13 74 25)
Test Results
